Please note: Prospect Park Soiree takes place rain or shine, and all best efforts will be made to present the Soiree regardless of weather. Tickets are not refundable. Should Soiree be canceled, all tickets will be converted to fully tax-deductible donations. Prospect Park Alliance is a nonprofit organization that relies on philanthropic support for our ongoing stewardship of the park.
